Welcome to NEXUS, a RegTech platform that simplifies compliance through digital tools such as regulatory checklists, alert systems, and Web3-based features. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the NEXUS website, app, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

1. User Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement: The Platform is intended for users aged 16 and above.
1.2 Jurisdiction: Use of the Platform must comply with Cambodian law and any applicable Web3 regulations in your country.
1.3 Institutional Users: Users representing an organization must have authority to act on its behalf.

We collect limited data to operate the Platform effectively, including:

  • Login information and connected Web3 wallet addresses.
  • Usage data (app interactions, device type).

We do not collect unnecessary or sensitive personal data.

  • Send regulatory alerts and updates.
  • Improve platform performance.
  • Ensure security and detect misuse.

We do not sell or trade your data.

  • Through blockchain transactions, which are public and immutable.

  • Account data: kept until deleted or inactive.

  • Blockchain data: permanently stored on-chain.

We use encryption, access control, and secure servers to protect data. However, blockchain systems carry inherent risks, and users are responsible for securing their private keys and credentials.

All content, branding, designs, and code on NEXUS are owned by NEXUS or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute content without written permission.
User-generated content (e.g., uploaded materials) remains the property of the user.

9. User Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information.
  • Use the Platform responsibly and legally.
  • Protect your wallet keys and login credentials.

NEXUS is not liable for losses from user error, unauthorized access, or blockchain-related risks.

10. Privacy and Consent

By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described in this Policy. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account or contacting us.

11. Changes to Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. The latest version will always be available at https://nexuskh.com/privacy-policy. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
